Our why

Our story begins over 30 years ago when the founders, Jonny Say and Stuart Ralph first experienced their own OCD symptoms. Their worlds turning upside down in the confusion of undiagnosed OCD, lead them to 30 years of figuring out what was happening and how to recover from this disorder. Their passion and dedication continues to this day, respectively leading both Jonny and Stuart to advocate, research, and study OCD continually trying to optimise recovery and get answers on what helps.

Jonny and Stuart met over 7 years ago at a meet-up for people with OCD. Since that time, their mutual interest and curiosity has led them to creating The Integrative Centre for OCD Therapy (IC-OCD) to provide the UK with an ethical, reliable and compassionate centre for OCD.

We ensure that the love and dedication that started with Jonny and Stuart comes through in all our therapists, and we aim to serve the UK in improving the lives of those with OCD.
